The caregivers at Robindell are among the most experienced in all of Houston. We understand that a childcare
facility can only be as good as their teaching staff. We are proud to have extremely low staff turnover. The
majority of our staff have been at Robindell for 8 years or more.Each caregiver must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification along with a minimum of 20 hours of professional development training each year. Because we are a Designated Center with The Workforce, we are held to a higher standard which requires a percentage of our staff to have obtained their Child Development Associate, Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree. Our staff is encouraged to attend professional training conferences in our community. Our staff is very qualified and highly motivated to provide you the best possible care.
