About Robindell Private School

Robindell Private School has been a family owned and operated business for over 60 years. The philosophy of our center is to provide a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for your child, as well as being available at a moments notice day or night. We were the first childcare center in Houston to offer 24 hour/7 day a week childcare beginning in 1981, and we feel strongly that we are still the best at providing this service. The school has been privately owned and operated by the same family since 1976, and is currently being operated Chuck Wall who has been the schools Director since 2001.

Over the past 20 years Robindell Private School has grown into the largest single location childcare facility in the state of Texas, and we are very proud of the services we provide our customers. Parents should be able to come by and visit a center at any time they like, whcih is why we do not make you schedule an appointment. Stop by any tme and we will be happy to show you around.

  • We provide an early childhood program for children from 6 weeks to two’s. We have a strong academic program for our preschool children from ages 3 through 5.
  • We provide a private elementary school for Kindergarten through First Grade.
  • We provide an afterschool program through age 12.

  • Children can enjoy a home-cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner onsite.
  • We provide transportation to and from AISD and HISD elementary schools in the Houston area.
  • Drop-Ins are Welcome.
  • We provide 24 hour child care 7 days a week, closed 4 days per year: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday

This place is above and beyond. Not only do they have great hours, they have great staff. My sons have been here almost 6 years now.  Everyone here cares and the owner really does go out of his way for families and kids.  This childcare has a very low turnover, and there are lots of things for the kids to do and plenty of field trips in the summer.

The facility is always clean and kept up. They have very nice playground areas, including a splash pad for the kids in the summertime.
