Parent Notice
THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS SCHEDULES & INFORMATION
Thanksgiving Week
We will be closing on Wednesday, November 23rd, at 8pm**. We will be closed all day Thursday (11/24). We will re-open at 6am Friday morning (11/25). If your child is left here after 8pm on Wednesday night you will be charged $5.00/minute in overtime charges, and could possibly be permanently expelled from the center. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute to pick up your child!
*Rob I Academic/Head Start Building will close at 5:30pm on 11/23 and all remaining children will be moved to Robindell III (Afterschool) building until we close all buildings down at 8pm.
Christmas Week
We will be closing on Friday, December 23rd, at 8pm**. We will remain closed all day Saturday (12/24), and Sunday (12/25 Christmas Day). We will re-open at 6am Monday morning (12/26). If your child is left here after 8pm on Friday night you will be charged $5.00/minute in overtime charges, and could possibly be permanently expelled from the center. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute to pick up your child!!
Special 2 day rates for FULL PAY parents THESE TWO WEEKS only
There will be a special rate for THESE TWO WEEKS ONLY, and will apply to children who only attend 2 days or less. Our normal policy is children attending 2 days or more are responsible for the full weeks tuition, however for these two weeks only we will charge a special rate for those who only attend 2 days. 1 day is our standard $40 fee. Any child who attends 3 days or more will be responsible for the full week’s tuition.
The Two Day rate for full pay parents only is as follows:
6wks – 17months: 2 days $90, per child no multiple child discounts
18months – 2 yrs: 2 days $80, per child no multiple child discounts
3yrs & Up: 2 days $70, per child no multiple child discounts
